S. Lambeck, the wine expert from the German newspaper Bild, wrote the following review of the Care Rosé last Sunday:

“A rosé wine like this one is a real herald of the summer, which will probably come at some point this year. I am tasting the Care Rosé 2011 from Bodegas Añadas in Spain. This tempranillo and cabernet sauvignon rosé cuvée is a good rosé with a long palate and nice intensity. In the aroma spectrum, we find strawberry, hawthorn or rosehip, and floral tones. This sturdy wine, with an intense colour, keeps well in the bottle for 24 hours open in the fridge. I serve it with sea bass in a white wine, tarragon, and butter sauce.”
